What you will do

• Lead strategic banking initiatives, ensuring AI/ML solutions align with business objectives and client needs.
• Identify AI opportunities for automating complex financial workflows and building agentic systems for real-time assistance.
• Own the full product lifecycle from initial business case and feasibility assessment to execution and optimization.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to translate goals into detailed technical deliverables.
• Mentor and develop junior Data Science Product Managers while managing senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with data-related programming, specifically SQL and Python.
• Proven track record of building with LLMs or automating business processes.
• Analytical ability to extract signals from ambiguous financial data and determine business value.
• Interest or experience in high-compliance financial environments focused on customer acquisition.
• Ability to build proof-of-concepts or prototypes to demonstrate AI investment value.
• Must be based in Charlotte, NC for a hybrid schedule (Tuesday-Thursday in office).
