What you will do

• Calibrate and repair Iris-Generation instruments and sub-assemblies.
• Troubleshoot production and field service instruments.
• Complete calibration certificates, repair reports, and service documentation.
• Investigate root causes of failures and recommend process or design improvements.
• Support on-time delivery targets and maintain high service quality standards.

Requirements

• Post-secondary technical diploma or equivalent in instrumentation, electronics, or electromechanical systems.
• Hands-on experience with instrument calibration and repair.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Experience producing clear and accurate technical reports.

Nice to have

• Field service instrumentation experience.
• Familiarity with calibration standards, regulated environments, or quality systems.
• Manufacturing or service operations experience.
• Exposure to continuous improvement methods like Lean or Six Sigma.
