What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, machinery, and equipment following safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and control system issues, including PLC-related faults.
• Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation for accurate repairs.
• Perform testing and inspections of electrical components to verify performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to support operational efficiency.
• Execute preventive maintenance and respond to emergency breakdowns to reduce production disruptions.

Requirements

• Electrical Technologist Diploma (or equivalent) or completion of an apprenticeship program.
• Industrial Electrician (442A) Certification is an asset.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test and fit test due to the safety-sensitive nature of the role.
• Physical ability to stand and walk up to 12 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work at various heights and climb stairs.
• Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and comprehending work instructions.
