What you will do

• Drive the execution of the digital, data, and AI transformation agenda, ensuring clarity and tangible progress.
• Translate complex business questions into actionable analyses and strategic recommendations.
• Lead specific initiatives and workstreams within the transformation portfolio to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Coordinate and align stakeholders across business, digital, and technology teams.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, and risks, proactively highlighting issues for resolution.
• Prepare decision-oriented materials for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data, Digital, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in digital strategy, transformation, consulting, or business analysis.
• Proven experience contributing to digital transformation programs, process digitalization, or AI-related initiatives.
• Strong ability to apply digital and data concepts (AI use cases, data foundations) to business problems.
• Experience operating within complex, international, and matrixed environments.
