What you will do

• Oversee detailed project plans with strategic insights for long-term impact and alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct market analysis with Market Research team to inform business development and identify growth opportunities.
• Bridge senior management and operational teams to align projects with executive expectations.
• Manage relationships with external partners to enhance cooperation and secure alliances.
• Supervise strategic project documents and lead communications with stakeholders.
• Drive market-specific strategies and evaluate project scalability for business growth.

Requirements

• Native-level English (written and spoken) required for international collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years in strategic project management or business development, preferably in tech or entertainment
• Advanced analytical skills for market analyses and business strategies
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
• Exceptional communication for presentations and reports
• Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software
