What you will do

• Concept, shoot, edit, and post a consistent stream of high-quality, social-first content for Hot Wheels channels.
• Execute full-cycle production using smartphones and mirrorless cameras, including lighting and sound recording.
• Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and platform-native editors to optimize pacing and audience retention.
• Monitor cultural trends and social behaviors to inform daily content creation and storytelling.
• Collaborate with the Brand Strategy team and Inter Agency Team (IAT) to align content with broader campaign objectives.
• Track social KPIs and analyze performance reports to iteratively improve content effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content creation, with at least 2 years owning social content for a brand, celebrity, or personality.
• Hands-on expertise in shooting and editing using mobile-first workflows and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social platform trends.
• Experience with commercial music libraries and a solid understanding of licensing and usage rights.
• Ability to analyze social analytics and apply insights to content optimization.
• Must be located in or able to work from El Segundo, California.
