What you will do
- Coordinate with marketing leads to create and organize compelling social content across multiple brands simultaneously.
- Write creative captions and select visual assets tailored to each brand's specific voice.
- Develop detailed spreadsheets and proposals for social calendars covering concerts and festivals.
- Execute social posts and coordinate asset distribution across internal departments like merchandise and record labels.
- Partner with the Headliner Experience team to monitor and address customer service inquiries.
- Generate social reports recapping on-sales, events, and major announcements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in social media marketing and customer service.
- Deep understanding of electronic music, festival culture, and the live music space.
- Proficiency in grammar, copywriting, and basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and GIF creation.
- Experience with social media management tools such as HootSuite, TweetDeck, or Sprinklr.
- Must possess US work authorization without requiring visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience working on-site at concerts, music festivals, or other large-scale events.
- Strong familiarity with the local music scene, venues, and nightclubs.
