What you will do

• Own long-term social vision and strategy across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Sharpen content engine with scalable formats, rapid testing, and elevated standards.
• Set creative standards that are platform-native, culturally relevant, and brand-aligned.
• Grow creator and community ecosystem, turning users into advocates and co-creators.
• Lead and develop a talented social media team, building ownership and continuous improvement.
• Integrate social with product launches, campaigns, and partnerships cross-functionally.
• Drive KPIs linked to business outcomes using data-informed decisions.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years in social, content, or growth marketing; 3+ years leading teams
• Proven track record building social programs that drive results
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube platforms
• Strong content instincts, creator experience, experimental mindset
