What you will do

• Develop brand integration concepts for short-form and social platforms based on trends and audience behavior
• Translate main channel narratives into platform-native creative, avoiding repurposed content
• Own creative for brand social content including campaigns, launches, announcements, and partner amplification
• Create content for internal marketing like product launches and company milestones
• Ensure brand consistency in visuals and tone across social surfaces
• Partner with brand partnerships and social leads on campaigns and content calendars
• Manage social-specific brand asset libraries and track performance to iterate on creative

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in social media creative, short-form content production, or digital brand marketing
• Experience at creator-led media company, social-first agency, or platform preferred
• Strong understanding of short-form mechanics across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and X
• Ability to apply trends while maintaining brand alignment
• Strong visual and copywriting skills to concept and produce content end-to-end
• Demonstrated branded social content driving engagement
• Familiarity with social analytics to inform creative decisions
• Ability to collaborate in team structure without disrupting workflows
