What you will do

• Work with clients to implement social initiatives across paid social media channels including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat.
• Utilize social platforms natively and within PMD technology for campaign management.
• Analyze performance using data-driven insights, conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimize for ROI.
• Manage campaign budgets, ensure adherence to financial goals.
• Prepare and present performance reports translating data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with media planning, buying, and agency partner teams for integrated strategies.
• Train team members on paid social tactics and campaign management.

Requirements

• 2+ years advertising or media agency experience, preferably in planning and buying
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok, Pinterest, X Ads, etc.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for teams and clients.
• Strong organization to handle tight deadlines and multiple projects.
