Salary: $70,304 - $85,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and execute creative campaigns for product releases and content initiatives.
  • Build cross-functional content plans with Records, Radio, Festivals, and Brand Strategy teams.
  • Create editorial content for artist stories, music releases, and cultural moments.
  • Lead multi-channel digital strategies across social, email, and web.
  • Coordinate timelines, assets, budgets with teams and vendors.
  • Analyze metrics to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in ecommerce, entertainment, music, media, or events
  • Strong experience with multi-channel marketing plans (social, digital, editorial).
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams, timelines, and budgets.
  • Solid knowledge of digital platforms, analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM, and content metrics.
  • Analytical skills to shape strategy from data; highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to travel, work holidays/evenings/weekends, tolerate loud noise and varying climates at events; open office space
  • US work authorization required (no sponsorship)
