What you will do
- Develop and execute creative campaigns for product releases and content initiatives.
- Build cross-functional content plans with Records, Radio, Festivals, and Brand Strategy teams.
- Create editorial content for artist stories, music releases, and cultural moments.
- Lead multi-channel digital strategies across social, email, and web.
- Coordinate timelines, assets, budgets with teams and vendors.
- Analyze metrics to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of marketing experience in ecommerce, entertainment, music, media, or events
- Strong experience with multi-channel marketing plans (social, digital, editorial).
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams, timelines, and budgets.
- Solid knowledge of digital platforms, analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM, and content metrics.
- Analytical skills to shape strategy from data; highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Willing to travel, work holidays/evenings/weekends, tolerate loud noise and varying climates at events; open office space
- US work authorization required (no sponsorship)
