What you will do

• Work with clients to understand brands and implement social initiatives across paid social media channels including Meta, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
• Utilize social platforms natively and within PMD technology for campaign management.
• Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimize creative performance to improve ROI.
• Manage and allocate campaign budgets while adhering to financial goals.
• Prepare and present performance reports to clients, translating data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with media planning, buying, and agency partner teams for integrated strategies.
• Train team members on paid social media tactics and campaign management.

Requirements

• 2+ years advertising or media agency experience, preferably in media planning and buying
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools: Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok, Pinterest, X Ads
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to teams and clients
• Strong organization skills to handle tight deadlines and multiple projects
