Salary: $208,000 – $260,000 Yearly

What you will do

• Serve as a key legal advisor on labor and employment law and personnel matters globally.
• Provide strategic advice on recruitment, compensation, employee discipline, and terminations.
• Handle pre-litigation claims, settlement negotiations, and federal/state litigation.
• Represent the company before agencies including the EEOC, DLSE, and NLRB.
• Draft employment policies, handbooks, and legal agreements such as offer and separation letters.
• Develop and deliver employment law training for HR professionals and management.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 8+ years of experience as an employment attorney.
• U.S. Bar Admission, with California admission strongly preferred.
• Must work in person at the El Segundo, California offices.
• Experience in both in-house and large law firm settings strongly preferred.
