What you will do

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and periodic financial revisions.
• Analyze budget versus actual variances for revenues and costs to identify risks and drivers.
• Act as a strategic business partner to the Commercial team, supporting the development of business cases and P&Ls.
• Perform monthly management closing, sales validation, and calculate royalties payable.
• Design and maintain analytical dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Automate financial processes using VBA, Python, or RPA to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A roles.
• Strong command of P&L, contribution margin, EBITDA, and cash flow concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and Power Query.
• Advanced English proficiency for interacting with global teams and consolidating management reports.
• Experience in annual budgeting and variance analysis.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Totvs.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python for automation, Power BI, or Tableau.
