TL;DR

Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A): Creating and utilizing data-driven analysis to hold senior leadership accountable to budget targets with an accent on complex financial modeling and P&L growth. Focus on streamlining budgeting and forecasting processes, performing deep variance analysis, and providing analytical support for strategic business decisions.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

What you will do

  • Establish business partnerships with leaders across the organization.
  • Prepare presentations and financial reports for the Senior Management team.
  • Streamline and improve budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Perform deep analysis and scorecards against budget/forecast on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Deliver accurate month-end variance and management reporting.
  • Provide analytical support and financial guidance for business decisions and new initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Expert knowledge in Excel and experience with financial modeling.
  • Proven track record in a business partner or corporate FP&A role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of management.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Pigment planning tool.
  • Knowledge or experience working in a customer support organization.
