What you will do

• Track actuals vs plan/forecast/prior year and analyze expense KPIs to identify trends and drivers of unexpected variance.
• Review and approve purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices; prepare monthly accruals/reclass and prepayments/amortization entries.
• Maintain productivity/OTI/initiatives trackers and support annual Budget, 3YP, and Forecast processes, including loading into OP tool (SAC/OneStream).
• Produce monthly and quarterly financial reporting with customized Periodic and YTD views for functions.
• Deliver ad-hoc reporting and in-depth variance analysis for senior management and department heads, including support for TechOps leadership presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or qualified accountant) with deep knowledge of accounting fundamentals, including US GAAP, accrual/matching, and capitalization rules.
• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, or accounting/reporting roles.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1 written and verbal required).
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, and OneStream (or similar FP&A/planning tools).
• MDM experience.
