What you will do

  • Lead daily sales activities for Service Agreement and Warranty product lines, including renewal and expiration notifications.
  • Manage the full contract renewal workflow in Salesforce, ensuring accurate instrument coverage and timely quoting.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Order Management to verify data accuracy and support proper revenue recognition.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and contribute to the development of new service offerings like reliability upgrades and validation services.
  • Process incoming purchase orders in partnership with Customer Service and maintain real-time updates in service software.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • 3+ years of experience in service or field sales, or in a sales support capacity.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing and customer service roles.
  • Demonstrated history of successfully selling comparable products and meeting revenue goals.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM platforms, specifically SAP, Salesforce.com, and Oracle.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
