What you will do

• Manage a defined geographic region to meet sales revenue objectives and grow existing accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers in academia, industrial, and contract research sectors.
• Collaborate with Field Application Scientific and Inside Sales teams to drive instrument and consumable sales.
• Prospect for new business opportunities and maintain accurate data in SFDC CRM.
• Act as a primary liaison between customers and technical staff to ensure thorough understanding of the product portfolio.

Requirements

• B.S. in Life Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience managing multiple geographic regions.
• Strong technical background in Molecular Biology and Proteomics.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 100% within territory), including overnight stays and work outside normal business hours.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SFDC.
