What you will do

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing corporate strategies and tactical business plans.
  • Generate revenue through cold-calling, lead creation, and establishing rapport with laboratory scientists and executives.
  • Negotiate contracts and execute pricing strategies to maintain and expand the client base.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and assist in creating RFP responses.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and activity tracking within the Salesforce CRM database.
  • Coordinate with team members to achieve mutual company goals and provide customer training as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or a related field (additional experience may be substituted).
  • Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in industrial or academic sales.
  • At least one year of laboratory experience, preferably with ELISA or immunoassays.
  • Proficiency in using CRM databases, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Immunoassays and Molecular Biology.
  • Must be based in Germany and able to travel occasionally (up to 10%).
