What you will do

• Lead multi-site, multi-discipline, cross-functional teams to deliver committed prototypes and products.
• Manage project planning, execution, scope changes, risks, trade-offs, and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and monitor complex project plans using state-of-the-art project management tools.
• Negotiate trade-offs to commit to aggressive yet achievable project outcomes.
• Drive day-to-day project work and escalate issues through the management chain for rapid resolution.
• Lead project and phase gate approval reviews and provide synthesized communication to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an Engineering discipline.
• 12+ years of Technical Project Management and Product Development experience.
• Must be local to Deer Park, IL; no relocation provided.
• No visa sponsorship available.
• Experience managing teams across multiple geographic locations and leading without direct authority.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera).
