What you will do

• Act as the subject matter expert for mid-market businesses through customer interviews, sales calls, and accountant feedback.
• Partner with product management teams to define ideal customer profiles (ICP), evaluate market opportunities, and prioritize the roadmap.
• Develop comprehensive GTM strategies, including value proposition creation, pricing, packaging, positioning, and messaging.
• Collaborate with Sales to enable them to successfully position and sell the hirify.global Enterprise Suite.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategy roles, preferably with enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Alternatively, 5+ years in accounting or finance roles (CPA or professional accreditation preferred).
• Fluency in AI tools with demonstrable experience incorporating them into workflows.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and making data-based business decisions.
• Strong project management, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
