What you will do

• Define and drive the connectivity roadmap for integrating hotel supply at scale, including PMS partnerships and real-time availability pipelines.
• Build product strategies and integrations to eliminate friction and increase response rates for hotel RFPs.
• Design scalable connectivity infrastructure to support internal group workflows and potential B2B API offerings.
• Collaborate with hirify.globalering, RevOps, and external supply partners to identify bottlenecks and ship high-leverage solutions.
• Implement intelligent automation and AI-assisted workflows for document interpretation, RFP matching, and contract comparison.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on building platform or connectivity products at scale.
• Strong technical depth in APIs, integrations, and supply-side infrastructure.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments, building business cases and roadmaps from scratch.
• Experience in partner negotiations and leading cross-functional alignment.
• Must be based in the USA.
