What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic annual event plan focused on key industry events and communities to fuel pipeline growth.
• Own end-to-end delivery of field marketing programs, including creative strategy, logistics, and onsite management.
• Collaborate with sales, partner, and marketing teams to integrate events into the broader Go-To-Market strategy.
• Partner with leadership to integrate thought leadership and business priority messaging into event materials and promotions.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and conduct performance analysis to optimize ROI.
• Pilot new physical and virtual event types and formats to maximize business impact.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in field marketing within the B2B SaaS space.
• Proven record of engaging decision-makers and executives through various event types.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, and Google Suite.
• Experience leveraging AI to optimize event planning and execution stages.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco, CA or Denver, CO.
