What you will do

• Partner with global marketing, sales, and technology teams on lead funnel operations and deliver performance insights to drive revenue.
• Project manage large-scale initiatives, defining scope, goals, milestones, metrics, and stakeholder alignment.
• Own technical infrastructure including predictive scoring, funnel logic, lead routing, and data integrations across multi-product ecosystem.
• Report on funnel performance, recommend improvements to boost conversion rates, and monitor systems for smooth operations.
• Maintain documentation of processes to ensure team alignment and enable stakeholder success.

Requirements

• 5+ years Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS, expert in technical systems and process design.
• Experience managing global inbound funnel in complex, multi-product businesses.
• Hands-on with building/optimizing lead funnels using Salesforce, Marketo, Databricks, Clay, Tableau, Traction Complete or equivalents.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration to drive consensus and implementation in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills for executive insights from complex data.
• Independent worker comfortable with ambiguity, excellent project management, and process optimization.
