What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule loan closing and funding activities.
• Prepare and distribute loan documents in accordance with established timelines.
• Verify all closing loan documents and ensure all pre-funding conditions are met.
• Prepare and reconcile closing statements for the electronic transfer of loan funds.
• Review Title Commitments and Purchase Contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure an efficient closing process.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in loan closing or a comparable role within the mortgage or financial services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail and advanced organizational and time management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
