Salary: $23.07–$28.84 per hour

What you will do

• Review and analyze borrower credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting.
• Assemble and verify complete loan packages and required documentation in the file.
• Ensure compliance with mortgage-related regulations including RESPA, TIL, HMDA, and Reg. B.
• Communicate with Loan Originators, customers, and third-party vendors to obtain necessary documentation.
• Manage the loan pipeline by completing and submitting reports within allotted turnaround times.
• Train and help supervise new loan processors and processing personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Must be based in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
• Working knowledge of RESPA, Regulation Z, and Regulation B requirements.
• Experience with Encompass software.
• Excellent math, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work varying hours and overtime if needed.
