TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the USA

Salary: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Review and analyze borrower credit, income, and assets prior to submitting files to underwriting.
  • Communicate with customers and vendors to obtain and verify essential documentation, including employment and title commitments.
  • Manage a pipeline of approximately 40 active loans, ensuring a minimum of 27 units are funded per month.
  • Ensure all loan files comply with RESPA, TIL, HMDA, and Reg. B mortgage regulations.
  • Prepare loan approval summaries, disclosures, and re-disclosures as required by regulations.
  • Maintain detailed communication logs for all loan applications within the LOS system.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience.
  • Proficiency with Encompass LOS, DU, and LP.
  • Deep knowledge of RESPA guidelines, Regulation Z, and Regulation B requirements.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and prioritization abilities.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
