What you will do

• Identify training gaps for new hires and existing team members and design tailored learning sessions
• Manage and deliver training programs for in-house and BPO teams to meet performance targets
• Use AI tools to create smarter training content, personalize learning, and enhance agent performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate procedural changes into training
• Build a culture of learning excellence and continuous improvement
• Organize and facilitate sessions on new procedures and updates

Requirements

• Experience in customer service training environment
• Hands-on experience using AI to improve learning outcomes (e.g., coaching, role-plays, simulations, content creation)
• Strong analytical skills to identify knowledge gaps and act on insights
• Experience managing projects and collaborating with stakeholders
• Ability to create clear presentations on complex topics
• Ability to understand technical equipment and products
• Fluency in English + either Swedish or German
