What you will do
- Identify training gaps for new hires and existing team members and design tailored learning sessions
- Manage and deliver training programs for in-house and BPO teams to meet performance targets
- Use AI tools to create smarter training content, personalize learning, and enhance agent performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate procedural changes into training
- Build a culture of learning excellence and continuous improvement
- Organize and facilitate sessions on new procedures and updates
Requirements
- Experience in customer service training environment
- Hands-on experience using AI to improve learning outcomes (e.g., coaching, role-plays, simulations, content creation)
- Strong analytical skills to identify knowledge gaps and act on insights
- Experience managing projects and collaborating with stakeholders
- Ability to create clear presentations on complex topics
- Ability to understand technical equipment and products
- Fluency in English + either Swedish or German
