TL;DR
CX Training Analyst (Corporate Education): Delivering and managing onboarding training sessions for frontline teams with an accent on adult learning methodologies and performance monitoring. Location: Hybrid (São Paulo, Brazil); remote options can be discussed with the recruiter.

What you will do
- Deliver engaging onboarding training sessions in both English and Portuguese.
- Monitor BPO quality through Train the Trainer (TTT) and Trainer Observation (TO) processes.
- Analyze post-onboarding data to identify trends and create actionable reports.
- Manage and update training materials, developing guides, role plays, and assessments.
- Partner with internal teams to identify and solve root-cause onboarding issues.
- Provide general onboarding support, including coordination of invites and communication channels.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in corporate education (CX experience is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with a strong understanding of adult learning methodologies.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
- Fluent English (Advanced) with experience in global environments.
- Must be based in or able to work from São Paulo, Brazil.
- Expertise in public speaking and high-quality written/verbal communication.
