Salary: $70,000 – $110,000

What you will do

• Prepare and update fund marketing materials and fact cards.
• Coordinate with internal Compliance and Legal teams for reviews and approvals.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of new fund approvals and launches.
• Support onboarding projects for new funds to ensure on-time completion.
• Manage fund governance details and disseminate project progress notes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 0-5 years of experience in fund administration, management, or custodial relationships.
• Must be based in the US and able to work in the New York office Monday-Thursday.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
