Location: Must be based in the US (San Jose, CA, Draper, UT, or remote-eligible)

Salary: $46,900 – $65,500

What you will do

  • Own the day-to-day support of Spend & Expense applications to power customer onboarding and usage.
  • Collaborate with prospects and sales teams to ensure applications are completed and comply with risk protocols.
  • Resolve client concerns and de-escalate frustrations related to the application process.
  • Gather and compile prospect information to effectively represent them to risk and underwriting teams.
  • Manage application pipelines and service level agreements (SLAs) to progress deals through sign-up.
  • Direct sales representatives on credit policies and the optimal application process.

Requirements

  • Experience in banking or loan processing.
  • Background in credit underwriting, KYC/KYB, payments, or risk in a regulated environment.
  • Proven experience using creative problem-solving to minimize risk and maximize revenue.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information, process applications, or conduct audits.
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills, including de-escalation techniques.
  • High attention to detail and comfort working in high-volume, time-sensitive environments.
