What you will do

• Lead and execute monthly cost allocation models for hirify.global Millennium Advisors (WMA).
• Analyze model drivers for accuracy using comparative testing and KPI analysis to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain a rigorous quality control process for reporting, including audit trails and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Manage allocation budgeting processes and ongoing forecasting cycles aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct financial analysis on profitability, sensitivity, and compensation to support strategic decisions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve reporting tools and processes to address stakeholder needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar analytical discipline.
• Advanced Excel and data management skills.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to create auditable financial models.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Old Greenwich, CT.
