TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (London, England). Must be in the office at least three days per week

hirify.global is an AI Customer Service company providing an advanced AI agent called Fin and a comprehensive Customer Service Suite to help businesses transform their customer experiences.

What you will do

  • Lead AI transformation by driving the adoption of the Fin AI agent for enterprise clients.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing deals.
  • Create and deliver customized AI demonstrations that showcase the unique value of the product.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with Product and Marketing to refine the offering.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and maintain clear visibility into the sales pipeline.
  • Mentor peers and share best practices to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive.
  • At least 3 years of experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record of outbounding and creating a significant portion of your own pipeline.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for articulating complex AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered solutions or support automation products is a strong advantage.
