Location: Hybrid, London (must be in office 3 days per week)

What you will do
- Manage the entire sales process for renewals and upsells, including trial management, negotiation, and closing.
- Oversee and grow a book of approximately 300 SMB accounts to maximize account value.
- Conduct 25+ meetings per week to identify expansion opportunities and develop buyer relationships.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Onboarding, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a consistent 3x pipeline month-over-month and achieve quarterly quotas.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience managing a large book of SMB accounts (500+ accounts) with a focus on retention and expansion.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting targets for at least 3 trailing quarters.
- Proficiency in consultative selling and the discovery process to tie product value to business outcomes.
- Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at the Director level and above in Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
- Must be based in London and willing to work in the office 3 days per week.
