TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Driving expansion revenue and retention for a book of SMB accounts with an accent on consultative selling and pipeline management. Focus on maximizing account value, executing high-volume renewals, and identifying growth opportunities within the SMB segment.

Location: Hybrid, London (must be in office 3 days per week)

What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales process for renewals and upsells, including trial management, negotiation, and closing.
  • Oversee and grow a book of approximately 300 SMB accounts to maximize account value.
  • Conduct 25+ meetings per week to identify expansion opportunities and develop buyer relationships.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Onboarding, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a consistent 3x pipeline month-over-month and achieve quarterly quotas.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience managing a large book of SMB accounts (500+ accounts) with a focus on retention and expansion.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting targets for at least 3 trailing quarters.
  • Proficiency in consultative selling and the discovery process to tie product value to business outcomes.
  • Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at the Director level and above in Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Must be based in London and willing to work in the office 3 days per week.
