Associate Solutions Engineer (IT Operations): Guiding customers through the implementation of the hirify.global platform and providing technical sales support with an accent on software trials and onboarding. Focus on resolving complex technical inquiries, optimizing the time-to-live for customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product releases.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas or Tampa, Florida (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in office). Working hours: 8am - 5pm Berlin time.

What you will do

• Guide customers through the full implementation of the hirify.global solution.
• Provide technical sales support by collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements.
• Manage customer inquiries and technical requests via email, phone, and ZenDesk.
• Partner with account management to ensure the needs of existing customers are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical product issues and create new knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position.
• Proficiency in Windows (registry, services, etc.) and working knowledge of Linux and Mac.
• Polished verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work a fixed schedule from 8am to 5pm Berlin time.
• Must be based in Austin, Texas or Tampa, Florida.
• Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with IT software.
• Experience with ZenDesk or other CRM ticketing software.
