What you will do

• Engage in discovery conversations with prospects to understand business and technical needs.
• Provide technical guidance to sales team on software recommendations and solution positioning.
• Deliver demonstrations to stakeholders and develop customized adoption plans.
• Articulate SaaS value proposition, address technical concerns, and position ROI evaluation.
• Collaborate on pipeline management, RFP responses, and pre-sales documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams for product feedback and customer onboarding support.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales, or Support roles.
• Service-oriented mindset with ability to meet deadlines and work in global teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving to overcome objections and drive customer success.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to absorb and communicate technical information.
• Ability to travel for onsite engagements as needed.
