What you will do

• Own wet etch and cleans process development or equipment-and-process interaction development.
• Lead solutions from Research and Development Technology Development through High Volume Manufacturing deployment.
• Drive wet etch innovation for advanced 14A and 10A logic nodes.
• Act as a technical authority, using data and expertise to influence technology direction.
• Collaborate with adjacent module and integration teams while maintaining ownership of wet etch deliverables.
• Mentor engineers through technical leadership without direct people management.

Requirements

• 15+ years of wet etch and cleans experience in semiconductor logic process development.
• Proven experience in a logic High Volume Manufacturing foundry environment.
• Hands-on wet etch process development experience beyond fab sustaining.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical ownership and impact.
• BS, MS, or PhD in a relevant technical field.
• Ability to work on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon, United States.

Nice to have

• Technology Development, Pathfinding, or Research and Development experience.
• Experience transitioning solutions from Research and Development to High Volume Manufacturing.
• Advanced-node experience at 5nm and below, ideally at 2nm or 1.6nm equivalents.
• Experience at leading logic foundries.
