Process Engineer III - New College Grad (Kalispell, MT)

Location: Kalispell, Montana, United States. Travel required up to 20% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $108,000–$148,500 per year

What you will do

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for semiconductor and display technologies.
• Collect, analyze, and report data from process engineering experiments.
• Perform hardware characterization and measure film properties.
• Troubleshoot process issues, conduct root cause analysis, and develop solutions.
• Create product documentation, presentations, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and R&D teams on new technologies and products.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience with one or more semiconductor processes, including CVD, ALD, PVD, etch, or epitaxy.
• Experience with material characterization methods such as FTIR, XPS, or XRD.
• Ability to work onsite in Kalispell, Montana, with up to 20% travel.
