What you will do

• Design, execute, analyze, and document complex process engineering experiments across multiple products.
• Characterize hardware and develop measurement methods for complex semiconductor and display manufacturing systems.
• Measure film properties, prepare technical reports and specifications, and create internal and external product documentation.
• Develop and lead process engineering projects, including new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation, within safety guidelines.
• Train engineers in measurement techniques, data interpretation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Engage with customers, vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve complex engineering issues and advance product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years of related experience.
• Professional experience with plasma processing and semiconductor processing technology.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving, including process and hardware trade-offs.
• Ability to lead complex projects, develop execution strategies, and collaborate across organizational functions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of plasma physics.
• Experience with hardware characterization, film-property measurement, or analytical instrumentation.
