TL;DR

Technical and Product Enablement Specialist (AI): Building and maintaining the operational infrastructure for Customer Success and Support teams with an accent on tool configuration, data layer development, and KPI definition. Focus on automating workflows using LLMs, designing performance dashboards, and scaling CS operations in a high-growth environment.

Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. Hybrid schedule (Mon, Wed, Fri) if living within 50 miles of San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT.

Salary: $102,000 – $138,000

What you will do

  • Own and optimize the Customer Success tech stack from tool selection to configuration.
  • Develop the data layer, including dashboards, health scores, and performance metrics for CS and Support leaders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support leadership to define and automate reliable KPIs.
  • Prototype internal tools and AI-assisted workflows using LLMs and vibe-coding.
  • Scale systems to support rapid revenue growth and a large client base of Fortune 500 companies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in CS Ops, Revenue Ops, or similar systems roles within a SaaS company.
  • Hands-on administration experience with platforms such as Gainsight, Vitally, PostHog, or Intercom.
  • Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Looker or Metabase.
  • Ability to build complex workflow automations using Zapier, Make, or scripting.
  • Advanced AI power user skills, utilizing LLMs, Cursor, or Replit daily for prototyping.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience working at high-growth startups (Series A through C).
  • Familiarity with AI products or legal technology.
  • Experience building automated QBR or customer reporting workflows at scale.
