TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Compensation: $180,000 to $195,000 base plus bonus and equity

What you will do

  • Partner with GTM leaders to surface growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations with minimal direction.
  • Perform end-to-end analysis on campaign effectiveness, funnel performance, pipeline attribution, and customer segmentation.
  • Design and maintain BI dashboards that serve as the source of truth for Marketing and GTM teams.
  • Deliver high-impact ad hoc analyses and executive-ready data narratives to drive stakeholder alignment.
  • Champion and implement AI-assisted workflows to accelerate analysis and scale output.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics or BI supporting SaaS marketing or growth-oriented teams.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Hex, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and agentic workflows to accelerate analysis.
  • Ability to operate independently in unstructured environments and define your own workplan.
  • Strong storytelling skills for presenting findings to decision-makers.
