What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX design for mobile apps across the connected product portfolio for iOS and Android.
• Establish design direction and quality standards, providing both hands-on contributions and guidance to the team.
• Mentor junior and mid-level UX designers to elevate overall team output and skills.
• Translate consumer insights, research, and competitive analysis into user-centered design strategies.
• Drive the evolution of the hirify.global UX design system, contributing new components and patterns.
• Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes to test concepts and align stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of UX design experience leading complex projects from concept to launch.
• Strong expertise in UI/UX for iOS and Android mobile experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.
• Ability to present and defend design decisions to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
