UX Designer (SaaS)

TL;DR

UX Designer (SaaS): Designing user experiences for a healthcare platform focused on medication intelligence and personalized care plans with an accent on clinical content, user flows, and enterprise solutions. Salary: $130,000-140,000/year

What you will do

• Conduct user research through interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Lead ideation in brainstorming sessions and workshops with product, feature teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Create user flows, wireframes, sketches, and prototypes, iterating with stakeholders and engineering.
• Design pixel-perfect UI mockups reflecting brand principles and ensure proper implementation.
• Drive clarity using design thinking in ambiguous environments and advocate for user needs.
• Refine design systems, style guides, templates, and processes to streamline product design.
• Act as the voice of users, aligning to their needs and defining intuitive requirements.
• Own UX for Clinical Content and Intelligence, contributing to design strategy and prioritization.

Requirements

• Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States; ability to pass a background check.
• Minimum 5 years experience in UX, UI design, or related field with software products.
• Experience in user research, design thinking, information architecture, interaction design, usability testing.
• Customer empathy, ability to solve complex user problems, balance trade-offs.
• Strong communication to articulate designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration with product managers, clinical experts, engineers.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, prototyping tools.

• Experience in healthcare technology.
• Analytical skills to translate user data into design improvements.
• Prior front-end development or product management experience.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts.
• Experience with design systems/FE libraries, motion graphics.
