Salary: Base $110,000 – $140,000 (OTE $170,000 – $200,000)

What you will do
- Drive growth for specifically within the New York territory.
- Work directly with healthcare facilities as a field-based representative to solve staffing problems.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare facility administrators.
- Identify and close meaningful deals to expand the marketplace's reach.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve patient care and staffing efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York City to perform field-based sales activities.
- Proven experience in field sales and account management.
- Ability to navigate the healthcare sector and close B2B deals.
