Territory Manager (Medtech)

Location: Remote (Must be based in or able to travel within the Baltimore, MD territory)

Salary: $90,000 Base + Commission

What you will do

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with primary care physicians and office staff.
• Conduct in-person and virtual educational presentations and product demonstrations for the WatchPAT device.
• Identify and engage new healthcare practices within the assigned geographic territory.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new provider offices, ensuring understanding of administrative and documentation requirements.
• Monitor market dynamics and territory activity using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal clinical, operations, and reimbursement teams to resolve provider inquiries.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience calling on primary care providers.
• Proven experience in territory management and cold calling.
• Ability to travel within the assigned Baltimore, MD territory.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in DME, HST, or pharmaceutical sales.
