TL;DR

Customer Success Ops Intern (SaaS): Optimizing the operational efficiency of the post-sales organization with an accent on data integrity, CRM reporting, and process automation. Focus on building KPI dashboards, documenting operational playbooks, and identifying customer churn risks to drive retention.

Location: Remote (Must be US based, Dallas area preferred)

Compensation: $25.00/hr

What you will do

  • Audit and clean customer data within Salesforce and CS platforms to ensure a single source of truth.
  • Build dashboards tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Churn Rate, and Health Scores.
  • Analyze customer usage patterns to identify accounts at risk or those prime for expansion.
  • Document internal playbooks (SOPs) for onboarding, renewals, and escalations.
  • Optimize the CS tech stack and suggest automated workflows to reduce manual tasks for CSMs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Ops for seamless customer handoffs and aggregate feedback for the Product team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
