Salary: $195,000 - $225,000

What you will do

• Lead the global GSM organization across regions, establishing clear ownership and performance standards.
• Define and execute sourcing strategies for key commodities to balance cost, quality, and supply risk.
• Manage executive-level relationships and lead negotiations with contract manufacturers and strategic suppliers.
• Drive cost excellence using should-cost modeling and continuous cost reduction initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production.
• Build and scale a high-performing global team specializing in negotiation and analytics.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, specifically within consumer electronics or hardware.
• Proven experience leading and developing global, distributed teams.
• Deep expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost modeling.
• Strong understanding of electronics supply chains and APAC supplier ecosystems.
• Experience supporting the transition from NPI to mass production.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Boston, MA.
