Salary range: 76,400-114,600/yr CAD (Salary is based on experience)

What you will do

  • Support planning, routing, documentation, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, emphasizing autoimmune-related projects.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communications for campaigns, conferences, virtual events, newsletters, videos, PR, and social media.
  • Lead marketing operations projects, manage resources, track tasks in Asana, and maintain project visibility.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across Strategy, Content, Design, Conferences, Production, and Lead Generation teams.
  • Act as liaison between marketing, sales, and technology; promote data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Contribute to budget forecasting, website updates, meeting scheduling, and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years in marketing operations, project management, or related roles.
  • Strong project management skills for coordinating multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with Workfront, HubSpot, Asana, Trello, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with large multi-channel campaigns or in healthcare/life sciences.
  • Agency or fast-paced marketing environment experience.
  • Familiarity with website CMS and marketing workflows.
