Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (In-office Tues/Wed/Thurs, Remote Mon/Fri)
Salary: $210,000 - $230,000 base, OTE $420,000 - $460,000 + equity

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of 4-6 mid-market Account Executives in the Biotech, Pharma, and CRO verticals.
- Implement and reinforce a MEDDIC-based selling framework and conduct structured deal reviews.
- Own forecast accuracy and pipeline health for the mid-market segment using CRM data.
- Partner with Marketing and Product to define and sharpen the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and GTM strategy.
- Act as an executive sponsor on strategic deals to model best-in-class discovery and value-based selling.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding next-generation sales talent.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 5+ years in sales management roles of increasing responsibility.
- Proven background selling SaaS into the Life Sciences vertical (Biotech, Pharma, or CRO) is required.
- Deep expertise in MEDDIC sales methodology as an active coaching tool.
- Demonstrated track record of consistent quota attainment and team success.
- Ability to travel 60-70% of the time within the territory.
