What you will do

• Partner with Sales & Marketing leadership to implement and track KPIs that identify growth opportunities.
• Support the VP of FP&A and CFO in preparing quarterly Board and executive-level materials and commentary.
• Own the Revenue and Cash Flow forecasting process using sophisticated financial models.
• Orchestrate annual and quarterly planning and budgeting processes cross-functionally.
• Analyze SaaS-specific drivers including ARR, NRR, Churn, CAC, and LTV.
• Ensure data accuracy across financial systems and optimize the tech stack (NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday Adaptive Planning).

Requirements

• 5–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or a related financial discipline.
• Deep expertise in core SaaS metrics and their impact on business performance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for building scalable financial models.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a quantitative field.
• Must be based in Boston for a hybrid work setup.
